Don’t forget to tell us if you’re using our car park so that we register your car for free parking.
For your safety and security
Make sure the entrance door is always closed after you enter of leave the building
Do not allow strangers to enter the building
Inform us immediately if you’ve lost or misplaced your key or if you have any security concerns.
Fire Safety
Do not leave cooking unattended.
Do not smoke inside apartments or building
Do not cover radiators or dry clothes on or close to it.
Remove any faulty appliance/equipment from use immediately and notify us as soon as possible
Your apartment is equipped with a fire blanket and extinguishers.
No candles, incense sticks or open flame
Fire Action
If you hear the fire alarm, leave your apartment immediately. Do not stop to collect any personal belongings. Exit the building using the nearest escape route. Assembly in the car park and contact the emergency services on 999. Do not re-enter the building until told it is safe to do so.
If you discover a fire activate the nearest break class call point and follow the procedure above.
Fire procedure and evacuation, including escape routes are displayed on the entrance door of your apartment.

The broads are on our doorstep if you feel like exploring the largest protected Wetland in Britain or enjoying a walk on the idyllic footpaths. Lowestoft town centre and it’s sandy beaches and piers are within easy access and local train stations offer great connections to Norwich and Ipswich.
